      Ian's background begins in the world of customer service.  He began his career as a grocery "bagger" in Syracuse, NY where he was quickly promoted to the Customer Service Desk Representative where he would work up until college.  Attending SUNY Oneonta and later transferring to the University of South Carolina to pursue a career in Hospitality and Tourism, Ian worked in various positions at hotels such as the Embassy Suites - Columbia and the Clarion Hotel Downtown Columbia.  Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a 3.5 GPA; he continued on his career path in Charlotte, NC where he worked at hotels like the Hilton University in a Sales Manager role as well as the Aloft Hotel in Uptown.

     During his career, Ian has always maintained a North Carolina real estate license as this has been one of his greatest interests and career aspirations.  It is very evident in working with him that you will see his customer service background become his number one priority as he is driven to provide exceptional service above all else.  It is blended with a great working knowledge of the real estate market which makes for a very professional, yet comfortable, experience in your business relationship.
